The Reverse Image Search option in Google Images is certainly an option that makes life easier for people who like to play with images. It can help you either trace the origin of your image or find related images in google database. Just go to the webpage images.google.com and Upload an image from your desktop to Google Images and it will show you either the origins of the image or similar images used by other websites and also various sizes of the same photo in a jiffy.
You can use the Reverse Search Option in Google Images to find the origins of an image and relevant details. Using ‘Search by image’ feature you can also know in which websites a particular image is being used.

Reverse Image Search on Your Mobile Phones using Webpages
A limitation with ‘search by image’ option, however, is that it is only available on desktop computers/laptops and not on your mobile phones and tablets.
So, if your friend just shared an image via any social media website or app on your mobile phone and you intend to know the details of the image, it would require you to copy that image, transfer it to your desktop/laptop and do Reverse Image Search on Google Images. Sounds tedious. Right?
Well not, anymore! Here are three ways to do it.

Reverse Image Search on your Mobile Phones using Browser Settings
There’s another way to do reverse image search using your Browser Settings.
Open the Chrome browser on your Mobile Phone Android phone and go to images.google.com as shown below.
On the top right corner of the browser there are three vertical dots for “Settings”. Click that and you have a popup as shown below
Finally, “Check Request desktop” site option and it will lead you to a webpage where you can find a “camera” button in the search bar as shown below. This is your way to upload the button and reverse search your image.
